• The Personal Florals: One elegant fresh flower bridal bouquet and one coordinating boutonniere.
• The Ceremony Decor: Full use of our venue’s inventory of high-quality faux florals, specifically styled for the altar and our rustic whiskey barrels.

📌 Note on Fresh Flowers: To keep your package inclusive, we prioritize gorgeous in-season flowers. If you request specific blooms that are out-of-season for your wedding date, an additional sourcing upcharge will apply.

Any additional floral arrangements (such as bridesmaids' bouquets, centerpieces, or aisle markers) will be the couple's financial responsibility. However, our team will happily assist you in organizing, sourcing, and setting up any extra floral decor on the day of your wedding to ensure everything looks flawless.

 Customization & Upgrades: We want your tablescape to perfectly match your wedding vision! If you prefer to substitute these items for alternative colours, styles, or specialty place settings, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please note that alternative selections will incur an upgrade fee based on the availability and sourcing costs.  

• Bottled water, sodas, tea & coffee provided for the reception  
• Dance floor 16' x 16'
• Reception hours till 11:00 pm (package depending)
• Marriage License: It will be the couples responsibility to supply a marriage license. 
• Music- Ceremony music - you have a choice of live musicians for the ceremony, (vocals with guitar or harpist) only on availability or music of your choosing played for you throughout your event. We have an excellent sound system with speakers everywhere that allow for continuity of sound for your guests wherever they go inside or out.  Music is the responsibility of the client. 
• Built in bar area with built in refrigeration. You are responsible to hire Bartenders or Bar Service with Smart Serve and Insurance to craft delicious cocktails for all your guests all through cocktail hour and reception. Please note that it is the couple's responsibility to provide all alcohol.
• Sparklers for that big send off from your family and friends.
• Wedding insurance 
• Camping Area on our 75 wooded acres to haul in campers for an extended party
• We offer a shuttle service to hotels in the area for you and your guests for an additional fee 
• High speed reliable internet access  
• Various Decor Items - We have various decorative items you may use to compliment your design: whiskey barrels, crates, chalk board, window or mirror signs, vases, lanterns, vintage  washtubs, vintage bicycle with basket for photo use only, antique trunk for gifts, etc.  Also, always hung and ready to enjoy are the Edison & fairy lights strung throughout the reception area creating a magical night time scene.
