We then use our state of the art processing facility to cut, stack and dry our wood to guarantee a perfect fire every time. We consider the environment throughout every step in our process and we are leaders in ensuring the highest quality, eco-friendly firewood on the market.
What is a Cord?
A cord is a unit measurement that, when stacked, is four feet in height and width, as well as eight feet in length. Overall, it provides 128 cubic feet of logs. Our cords of firewood are pre-cut and split 4-6 ways. While we keep 12″ long logs in stock, we can also custom-cut to any length between 14″-20″. Don’t be fooled by someone with a pick-up selling a cord of wood out of the back of his pick-up truck. The measurements and weight just won’t allow a cord to be hauled in a basic pick-up or single axle trailer. You get what you pay for. One cord of firewood is 128 cuft stacked. A tossed cord is 170 cuft. We guarantee a FULL CORD of FIREWOOD!

We offer several mixes of firewood from our high-quality supply. Depending on how often you use your wood, a full cord of firewood can last anywhere from 5-12 weeks if properly stored. A typical Ontario home will burn 5-8 cords per year. Naturally Seasoned Firewood
Our naturally seasoned firewood is wood that has been allowed to dry in the sun in a controlled environment over the course of at least six months or longer. It contains roughly 15% to 20% moisture when it is placed in the fireplace. You want some moisture left in the wood before burning because very dry wood creates very dense smoke and doesn’t create as much warmth as wood that still contains 15% to 20% moisture.
