• Marriage License: It will be the couples responsibility to supply a marriage license. 
• Music- Ceremony music - you have a choice of live musicians for the ceremony, (vocals with guitar or harpist) only on availability or music of your choosing played for you throughout your event. We have an excellent sound system with speakers everywhere that allow for continuity of sound for your guests wherever they go inside or out.  Music is the responsibility of the client. 
• Built in bar area with built in refrigeration. You are responsible to hire Bartenders or Bar Service with Smart Serve and Insurance to craft delicious cocktails for all your guests all through cocktail hour and reception. Please note that it is the couple's responsibility to provide all alcohol.
• Sparklers for that big send off from your family and friends.

• Camping Area on our 75 wooded acres to haul in campers for an extended party
• We offer a shuttle service to hotels in the area for you and your guests for a small fee.

• Various Decor Items - We have various decorative items you may use to compliment your design: whiskey barrels, crates, chalk board, window or mirror signs, vases, lanterns, vintage  washtubs, vintage bicycle with basket for photo use only, antique trunk for gifts, etc.  Also, always hung and ready to enjoy are the Edison & fairy lights strung throughout the reception area creating a magical nighttime scene

It all starts with choosing the wedding package that is right for you. When you first step onto the property at Oak Springs Farm, you will be greeted by your coordinator, and wedding planning will begin. 

And on your wedding day, with a full staff completely dedicated to making your wedding day vision come to life, you can feel confident in knowing that every detail – even the ones you might not have thought about – will be prepared in advance for you, so that you can fully enjoy your wedding day with your new spouse and all the people in your life whom you love.  

While we have wedding and reception packages that offer a lot of choices at a bundled price, we always listen to the bride describe her vision and dream event. Tell us what you want included in your wedding package and we will do our best to personalize something that reflects that storybook event. We offer exceptional value of additional services and features without additional fees.

With each package you have the choice to exchange your vows in one of our farms alter locations,  The Woodland Park (Wooden Post & Beam Arbour fence amongst a wooded area that gives you the feel of a open air church with 100 year old wooden church pews,  Tranquil Pond (Wooden Beam Hexagon Arbour) alongside of our pond or the Mystic Meadow with a Oak Tree arbour. All locations have woodland and horse pasture views. In case of bad weather the indoor reception area will be turned into a romantic and awe stunning alter. 

 After the "I do's"  follow with cocktails and lawn games, and a reception in the dreamy fairy lite hexagon wedding tent with vintage decor, flowers from local and resident floral farms and flowing white satin.
