OAK SPRINGS FARM WEDDING VENUE - Micro & Mini all inclusive packages

                                          All of our all-inclusive Micro, Mini & Full Wedding packages include the following:
 

• Set up and breakdown of tables and chairs for ceremony and reception
• Assisted parking to lighted parking area
• Garbage removal service
• Use of Bonfire pit in season. Our staff will maintain the fire, and wood will be provided.
• Event Manager & Planning Team - You will work closely with our Event Manager throughout the entire planning process. Our entire Oak Springs team will work diligently to execute your unique and personalized wedding vision with all the Oak Springs resources. On the big day, you will have a team of coordinators to make sure the whole event goes smoothly. 
• Catering - Our exclusive catering partners will help you customize your grazing menu. Grazing Board for up to 100 guests (selection of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, nuts, fruit, crackers, dips, breads, sandwiches) or a 3 course meal buffet style. 
• Indoor Reception area
• Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests   
• Glassware, Plates, Bowls, Utensils, etc.
• Bottled water, sodas, tea & coffee provided for the reception  
• Dance floor
• Reception hours till 11:00 pm
• Marriage License: It will be the couples responsibility to supply a marriage license. 
• Music- Ceremony music - you have a choice of live musicians for the ceremony, (vocals with guitar or harpist) only on availability or music of your choosing played for you throughout your event. We have an excellent sound system with speakers everywhere that allow for continuity of sound for your guests wherever they go inside or out.  Music is the responsibility of the client. 
• Built in bar area with built in refrigeration. You are responsible to hire Bartenders or Bar Service with Smart Serve and Insurance to craft delicious cocktails for all your guests all through cocktail hour and reception. Please note that it is the couple's responsibility to provide all alcohol.
• Sparklers for that big send off from your family and friends.
• Wedding insurance 
• Camping Area on our 75 wooded acres to haul in campers for an extended party
• We offer a shuttle service to hotels in the area for you and your guests for a small fee. 
• High speed reliable internet access  
• Various Decor Items - We have various decorative items you may use to compliment your design: whiskey barrels, crates, chalk board, window or mirror signs, vases, lanterns, vintage  washtubs, vintage bicycle with basket for photo use only, antique trunk for gifts, etc.  Also, always hung and ready to enjoy are the Edison & fairy lights strung throughout the reception area creating a magical nighttime scene
